Nima Tuladhar

I was a student here for three years first. I still teach the class I wanted to walk into.

Nima walked in as a student in 2022, took the 07:30 vinyasa three times a week for three years, and finished her two-hundred-hour training in 2025. She assisted Pema for a year before she was allowed to teach a class of her own.

She keeps a notebook of every adjustment she has ever been given and is working through it slowly, which is why her classes have more explanation in them than anyone else’s. Newer students often find hers the easiest to walk into.

She teaches the two evening vinyasa slots and is responsible, without being asked, for every plant in the Garden Room.
