Between them they have taught here for eleven years. Two came to yoga late, one came to it after a burnout, and one was a student in this room for three years first.

Everyone here teaches every level
There is no beginners’ timetable and no advanced class. Each teacher plans for the room in front of them, which means offering three versions of most things and being unbothered when half the room takes the easiest one.
