Where Manish started

Manish arrived with eleven years of intermittent low-back pain and a general instruction from somewhere to avoid heavy lifting. He could not sit through a full service without standing up.

What changed

A movement screen, six weeks of Foundation with an empty bar for the first fortnight, then a slow graded return under Rukmini. Nothing in the plan was novel; all of it was patient.

Everyone had told me what not to do. Rukmini was the first person who told me what to do instead.Manish Karki
