No, and this is the single most common reason people put off starting. Every new member goes through Foundation with an empty bar in a group of six. Week one asks nothing of you except that you turn up.
Usually yes, and often better than you can elsewhere. Rukmini screens every new member and holds the return-to-lifting pathway. Bring any report you have; if we think you need a clinician first, we will say so.
There is a coach on the floor during every opening hour, included in every plan. Programmed adds two group sessions a week and one private hour a month; Private adds eight.
Tell your coach in week one. Blocks are written around the weeks you will actually be here, and there is a travel version of every block that needs a bench and a pair of dumbbells.
No contract, no joining fee and no cancellation period. Tell the desk before your paid month ends and it stops.
Yes — that is Open Floor. You still get the coach on the floor and the quarterly re-test; you do not get a written block.
We set protein and calorie targets and review them at measurement weeks. We do not write meal plans, and we will refer you to a dietitian for anything clinical.
06:00–08:00 and 17:30–19:30 on weekdays. The 12:15 slot and Saturday after 10:00 are the quietest, and both have a full coach.
