What would be collected
A real deployment of this site would collect the name, contact details and goal you type into the trial or contact form, plus whatever health information you volunteer at your screen.
What this demonstration collects
Nothing. Every form on this preview validates and completes in your browser. No request leaves the page, no cookie is set, nothing is stored and nothing is sent to us or anyone else.
Health information
Screening notes are health data. A live studio would keep them under access control, share them only with the coach working with you, and delete them when you leave.
Retention and deletion
A live studio should name a retention period for enquiries and act on deletion requests. Ask the desk, and get the answer in writing.
