Nose
Seductive and dark — ripe blueberry and black olive mingle with notes of smoked charcuterie, white pepper, and an unmistakable floral lift.
Palate
Rich and velvety with medium-firm tannins. The hillside elevation translates into exceptional freshness and a savory quality that sets this apart from warmer-climate examples.
Finish
Long and peppery with a beautiful graphite minerality on the close.
