Our flagship red, grown from a single block of 30-year-old vines on the estate's highest-elevation terrace. The 2021 vintage captured a season of perfect ripeness — warm days, cool nights, and a late-season rain that stretched the hang time to perfection. This is SOLERA's definitive statement.
Nose
Intense aromas of cassis and black plum lead into notes of cigar box, toasted oak, and a whisper of violet.
Palate
Full-bodied with plush, well-integrated tannins. Black cherry and dark berry fruits are framed by cedar and chocolate. The mid-palate is dense and layered.
Finish
Exceptionally long with lingering tannin structure and a mineral echo that speaks to the estate's volcanic soils.
