A Day at SOLERA
Morning
A guided walk through the lower vineyard. See the vines at their best — the morning light catches the dew on each leaf. Our viticulturist leads the tour.
Estate Tasting
Five wines in the stone tasting room — from our crisp Chardonnay to the Estate Reserve Cabernet. An artisan cheese and charcuterie board is included.
Terrace Lunch
Settle in on the stone terrace with a glass. The Harvest Table lunch (Sundays) pairs seasonal farm-to-table dishes with six wines from the current vintage.
Cellar Walk
Descend into the barrel room with our winemaker. Taste from the barrel, hear the story of the vintage in progress. The best way to understand the wine before it's bottled.
