Ashford Capital Partners HQ
A full-floor tenant improvement for a private-equity firm — exposed concrete ceilings, walnut millwork, a partner suite with sound-rated glass pivots, and a client boardroom designed to win deals.
Laurel Avenue Renovation
A 1928 Craftsman bungalow brought to net-zero with a seismic soft-story retrofit, a rear addition, and a kitchen that won a 2023 NKBA award — all while preserving every original fir floor.
Cedar Ridge Estate
A 9,200 sf wine-country estate: main residence, a detached guest pavilion, a 3,000-bottle wine cave, and a pool house — all connected by a landscaped motor court in native stone.
Luminary Retail Flagship
A ground-floor retail flagship for a premium skincare brand — hand-troweled plaster walls, a central terrazzo pour, and a scent-diffusion system integrated invisibly into the HVAC.
Thornwood Addition
A 1,800 sf second-floor addition to a 1960s ranch house — a primary suite, two bedrooms, and a flex office — delivered with zero visible seam between old and new.
