We accept most major dental insurance plans and offer flexible payment options so cost is never a barrier to good care. You'll always know exactly what something costs before we begin — no surprises, no hidden fees.

Don't see your plan? We may still be able to help. Many plans not listed above are accepted on an out-of-network basis — we'll provide a superbill so you can claim directly from your insurer. Call us to check.

How to pay

Flexible payment options to suit every patient.

Credit & debit cards

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are all accepted. We also accept contactless and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Cash

We accept cash at the front desk. Please ask for a receipt.

Bank transfer (ACH)

Bank transfer is available for treatment plans over $500. Ask the front desk for payment instructions when your treatment plan is agreed.

Interest-free payment plans

For larger treatment plans (typically $800+), we offer monthly payment arrangements through our finance partner — 0% interest for 12 months, subject to approval. Ask us for details when we discuss your treatment plan.

No insurance? No problem.

VITAL Care membership plan

Our annual membership plan gives uninsured patients predictable, affordable access to routine care. A single yearly fee covers your essential preventive appointments at a reduced rate, with a discount on any additional treatment you need.

Ask reception for the current fee schedule — or mention it when you book and we'll send you the details.

Membership plan includes:

  • 2 routine dental check-up exams
  • 2 professional hygiene cleans
  • All necessary X-rays
  • Oral cancer screening
  • 10% discount on additional treatments
  • Priority booking for emergencies

Common questions about insurance & payment

Bring your insurance card to your first appointment and we'll verify your benefits before any treatment begins. We'll give you a clear breakdown of what is covered, what your co-pay will be, and the out-of-pocket cost for anything your plan doesn't cover.

Yes. For all in-network plans, we handle the claims submission entirely. For out-of-network plans, we can provide you with a superbill (itemised receipt) to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.

We'll always present your full treatment plan with costs before we begin anything. If your insurance only partially covers a treatment, you'll know your exact out-of-pocket cost upfront. We'll never surprise you with a bill.

Our annual membership plan is designed for patients without dental insurance. For a single yearly fee it covers two routine check-up examinations, two professional cleans, all necessary X-rays, and a 10% discount on any additional treatments. Ask reception for the current fee schedule.

For routine appointments, payment is typically collected at the time of your visit. For multi-stage treatment plans, we agree a payment schedule in advance — usually a deposit when treatment begins and the balance on completion. We never begin treatment without a signed cost estimate.
