VITAL Care was founded in 2011 on a simple belief: that good dentistry starts with actually listening to patients. Not rushing, not overselling, not using jargon — just being honest, thorough, and kind.
Fifteen years on, we're a team of five clinicians and five support staff serving families across Springfield. The practice has grown, but the principle hasn't changed: every patient deserves to feel comfortable, informed, and respected.
The sample clinic is described with step-free entry, adjustable chairs, large-print materials on request, and an accessible online booking system. Its scheduling model leaves realistic buffers rather than assuming every appointment fits the same slot.
