VITAL Care was founded in 2011 on a simple belief: that good dentistry starts with actually listening to patients. Not rushing, not overselling, not using jargon — just being honest, thorough, and kind.
Fifteen years on, we're a team of five clinicians and five support staff serving families across Springfield. The practice has grown, but the principle hasn't changed: every patient deserves to feel comfortable, informed, and respected.
Our clinic is purpose-built for accessibility — step-free entry, adjustable chairs, large-print materials on request, and an online booking system that works on any device. We schedule for reality, not appearances: appointments run to time, and we never double-book.

VITAL Care founded by Dr. Sarah Chen with a single surgery in downtown Springfield.
- 2015
Moved to our current purpose-built premises at 240 Maple Avenue, with three surgeries and a dedicated hygiene suite.
- 2018
Added orthodontic services, making us a truly comprehensive family dental clinic.
- 2022
Achieved ADA Best Practice accreditation for patient experience and clinical outcomes.
- 2024
Launched our community dental outreach programme, providing free check-ups for 200 local schoolchildren annually.
