A kitchen built around a shared technique.

BRASA is a fictional Nepal restaurant concept where Latin and Asian ingredients meet through fire — with curiosity, specificity, and no claim of tradition.

02 / What we mean

Technique travels. Respect stays put.

Anticucho and yakitori both understand the skewer. Adobo and tare both know that seasoning deepens with time. Citrus, rice, chillies, smoke, and fermentation cross borders without becoming interchangeable.

Our fictional menu names the ingredients and techniques it borrows. It avoids invented authenticity. The result is not a mash-up shorthand; it is a working conversation carried by cooks and the fire in front of them.
