What this preview stores
BRASA is a static demonstration. It does not send forms, process orders, take payment, or create reservations. It may store cookie preferences and interface state in your browser.
If connected for production
A real implementation may process contact details, booking preferences, order data, gift-card transactions, and analytics choices through named service providers. Those systems and retention periods must be documented before launch.
Your choices
A production operator should provide access, correction, deletion, portability, and consent-withdrawal routes appropriate to the laws that apply.
