Questions before the fire.
Twenty direct answers, grouped by the decision you are trying to make.
Dining
Do you take reservations?
Yes. This template ships with a configurable reservation seam. The preview uses a clearly labelled walk-in demo and sends nothing.
Can I walk in?
Absolutely. Every dining room holds tables and counter seats for walk-ins throughout service.
How long is a table booking?
We plan 90 minutes for parties up to four and 120 minutes for larger groups.
Do you host large groups?
Yes. Groups of 13 or more can use the events enquiry, with private and semi-private options by venue.
Is there a dress code?
Come as you are. Shoes and shirts are the only hard rules.
Food
What does Latin-Asian mean here?
It means shared techniques and ingredients—anticucho and yakitori, adobo and tare, citrus, smoke, rice, chillies—used with curiosity, not as a claim of tradition.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Tell the team before ordering. We can guide choices, but our open kitchens handle gluten, nuts, shellfish, sesame, dairy, and soy.
Are vegetarian and vegan dishes available?
Yes. Every menu includes substantial vegetarian and vegan plates, clearly marked V and VG.
Is everything spicy?
No. Heat is used with intent, and many dishes are mild. The team can point you toward or away from chilli.
Is the menu the same everywhere?
The core menu travels, while each kitchen runs a few local plates and seasonal specials.
Drinks
Do you have zero-proof cocktails?
Yes. Our zero-proof list is built with the same care as the bar menu.
When is happy hour?
Most venues run it from 3–6pm; exact days are listed on each location page.
Locations
Which venue is best for families?
Lazimpat, Jhamsikhel, Lakeside, and Pame have the most space. All six welcome children.
Which locations are accessible?
Thamel, Jhamsikhel, and Lakeside are step-free. Contact us for the latest route and seating detail at other venues.
Can I bring my dog?
Pame welcomes dogs on the patio. Other venues allow service animals.
Catering
How much notice do you need?
Forty-eight hours for pickup packages, five days for delivery, and three weeks for staffed events.
Do you provide staff and rentals?
For full-service events we can provide cooks, servers, bar staff, equipment, and rental coordination.
Community
How do fundraiser nights work?
Eligible community groups choose a quieter service window and receive a share of tracked food sales.
Do you donate gift cards?
We review local registered nonprofit requests monthly, with priority for food access, youth, and neighborhood work.
Work
Are you hiring?
We are always glad to meet cooks, hosts, bartenders, and managers who care about generous hospitality.
