The spa lives at the lodge's valley level: sauna world with a mountain-air terrace, a heated pool that runs indoors to outdoors, treatment rooms, and the fitness room one corridor over.

Finnish sauna, steam room and infrared cabin, all opening onto the mountain-air terrace at the valley-spa level.

The Finnish sauna's window frames the treeline; the steam room runs alpine herb infusions twice daily. Robes, towels and a quiet room are included. Textile-free hours are posted at the door.

A heated 20-metre pool that runs indoors to outdoors: swim under the ceiling past the glass, and you're in the open air at the mountain's temperature.

Water is held at 32 °C year-round; the outdoor section is at its best in falling snow. Lane swimming until 09:00, families welcome all day, quiet swim after 19:00.

03· DAILY 10:00 – 20:00 BY APPOINTMENT

Two treatment rooms (one for two people) working with alpine botanicals, arnica and heat — built for the day after the ski day.

The signature is the Ridge Recovery: a 90-minute arnica oil massage with a hot-stone finish, $145. Couples' room includes its own private steam shower. Book at reception or with your stay.

A bright, honest room at the valley-spa level: free weights to 40 kg, two lift stations, treadmills and bikes facing the treeline.

Small but complete — enough to keep a training week honest at altitude. Towels and water stations included; the sauna is one corridor away.

The mountain-lead team runs three routes daily, from a two-hour valley loop to the six-hour summit traverse. Poles and packs included; lunch hut stops billed on the mountain.

The Vesperabrun lift is 90 metres from the ski room. Passes, rental and the ski school desk all live at reception — boot room attendants remember your size.
