DINING

Regional alpine cooking at 1,640 metres: the valley supplies the menu, the range supplies the room. Reserve the restaurant with your stay — everyone ends up here eventually.

The Panorama Restaurant at dusk: warm light, set tables and the range outside the glass

01·RESTAURANT

Regional alpine cooking at reception level: fourteen valley farms on the menu, a wall of glass on the range, and a fireplace that runs all winter.

The five-course dinner menu changes weekly and follows the season — valley trout, alpine cheeses, orchard fruit from the lower slope. Vegetarian and vegan menus are full menus, not afterthoughts. The wine list leans on the region, with a deep shelf for Riesling and Pinot.

The after-ski living room: a long bar, deep chairs around the central fireplace, and the widest gin shelf in the valley.

Bar snacks until midnight, a proper espresso machine at all hours, and the lodge's best people-watching. In winter the bar table fills with ski-school stories; in summer the doors open to the terrace.
