Priya Nair
Priya discovered lifting at 23, transformed her own life through strength training and has been helping others do the same ever since. She is the lead coach for CRUX Foundations and knows exactly what it feels like to walk into a weight room for the first time — intimidated, uncertain and wildly excited. Her mission is to make that experience welcoming and to ensure every member leaves with more confidence than they arrived with.
