Head of Strength Programming

Marcus Reyes

Marcus competed as a nationally ranked powerlifter for eight years before turning his obsession with strength into a coaching practice. He holds a Master's in Exercise Science from Columbia University and has worked with Division I athletes, combat sports professionals and complete beginners alike. His programming philosophy: build the foundation so solid that progress becomes inevitable. At CRUX he oversees all Strength and Foundations programming, ensuring every cycle is periodized for long-term adaptation.
