Growing notes

Ridge cucumbers grown outdoors on a south-facing bed — they develop thicker skins and better texture for fermentation than greenhouse varieties. Fermented in stoneware crocks in our cool cellar for 5–7 days.

About this product

Our pickled cucumbers are naturally lacto-fermented in brine with dill from the kitchen garden, garlic, and mustard seeds — no vinegar, just salt and time. The result is a crisp, naturally sour pickle with probiotic benefits. We use our own ridge cucumbers for the best texture.
