Dried Lavender Bunch
Air-dried in the barn, intensely fragrant — from our 200m lavender hedgerow.
A seasonal cut-flower bouquet — whatever is blooming best on the farm right now.
Half an acre of cut flowers, grown for scent and longevity rather than supermarket conformity. No spray pesticides — we use companion planting and beneficial insects for pest control. Flowers are hardened off in cold water for 4 hours before packing.
Our flower bouquets are cut fresh on the morning of delivery and contain 10–15 stems of whatever is at its peak. In spring, expect tulips, ranunculus and sweet William; in summer, zinnias, cosmos, dahlias and sweet peas; in autumn, rudbeckia, amaranth and ornamental grasses.
