Growing notes
Eight National hives at the field margin. Our wildflower meadow was seeded with 43 native species in 2019 and now supports over 200 species of insect. Bees are never treated prophylactically with antibiotics.

About this product
Our honey is harvested once a year in late August from eight hives positioned at the edge of our wildflower meadow. It is extracted cold, never heated, and left completely unfiltered so all the pollen, propolis and natural enzymes remain intact. The flavour changes from year to year — a record of what the bees found blooming.
