About this product

We have a 200-metre lavender hedgerow along our southern field boundary — planted in 2015 with Hidcote and Vera varieties. Harvested in July at peak bloom, bunched by hand, and dried slowly in the barn for three weeks. The result is deeply fragrant bunches that hold their scent for 12 months or more.
