Everest with two rest days added
A family of five, seventeen days instead of fifteen, with a helicopter return from Lukla built in from the start.
Private journeys
Your dates, your pace, your people. A local trip designer shapes the route and the same guides lead it.

About a third of what we run is private. Sometimes that is a family who need shorter days, sometimes a group of eight who want the Manaslu Circuit in a window that does not match our departures, and sometimes a route that is not on this site at all.
A private trip is not a premium version of a scheduled one. It costs roughly what a scheduled departure costs at the same group size — larger groups cost less per person, not more.
How it works
Enquiries are answered within one working day, in Nepal time.
The form below, or an email. Rough dates, group size, and what you are hoping the trip feels like. Two paragraphs is plenty.
Usually with questions rather than a quote. If we think another route suits you better, that is what the reply will say.
A day-by-day outline with accommodation, guide, permits and a fixed per-person price at your group size. Two rounds of changes are normal.
Twenty percent secures the dates and the guide. The balance is due 45 days before departure.
