2019
A clean sheet
Three engineers leave the industry to build the EV they wished existed — starting with the battery, not the badge.
2021
First current
The VOLTA One prototype covers 400 miles on a single charge during its inaugural coast-to-coast run.
2023
The network
We open the first VOLTA Superchargers and ship the One to the first thousand reservation holders.

A full lineup
The GT and Terra join the family, and the fleet passes 180,000 vehicles delivered worldwide.
