Made from beeswax, glass. Looked after well, a piece like this is meant to be used for years and handed on.
Beeswax
Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each burn and let the first burn reach the edges. Burn away from drafts; keep the reusable glass for a second life when it's done.
Glass
The amber glass is reusable. Once the candle is spent, warm it to release the last of the wax, wash with warm soapy water, and keep it for pens, plants or the next pour.
