Fictional venue study
The Estate & Spaces.
Four distinct space concepts with clear sample capacities, guest-fit guidance and practical planning prompts. No real venue or location is represented.
The Estate
A place apart.
The estate is a narrative device for a complete venue website. Its spaces are designed to test different scales, seasons and event flows while the interface keeps comparison straightforward.
The fictional grounds connect a garden, glasshouse, hall and lakeside lawn so the design can demonstrate varied photography, event scales and weather-plan content.
Capacities and amenities are intentionally illustrative. A production site should replace them with surveyed, licensed and accessibility-verified details.
