The journey
From enquiry to your wedding day.
Enquire
Day one
Tell us your preferred date(s), approximate guest count, and a little about the wedding you have in mind. We'll confirm availability and suggest the most suitable spaces within one working day.
Tour the Estate
Within 2 weeks
We invite every couple for a private tour — usually two to three hours. You'll see all four spaces, meet your coordinator, and get a real feel for how the day might unfold. There's no obligation and no hard sell.
Reserve Your Date
At your pace
Once you're ready to proceed, a reservation agreement and deposit secure your date exclusively. We hold a very limited number of weddings per year to ensure every couple receives full attention.
Plan Together
12–18 months
Your coordinator works with you across as many planning meetings as you need — typically three to six in the year before your wedding. We manage relationships with all vendors and handle logistics so you don't have to.
Your Wedding Day
Your day
Our team is on the estate from early morning. Your coordinator is on hand throughout, managing every detail behind the scenes while you simply enjoy the day you've been looking forward to.

We host a maximum of forty weddings per year across all spaces. This is a deliberate choice — we believe every couple deserves a team that is fully present and prepared, not stretched across multiple events.
