Jade Kim

Jade came to fitness after a decade as a competitive sprinter and later a CrossFit Games athlete. She understands exactly what it means to redline your system and, crucially, how to recover from it. Her HIIT classes are scientifically programmed intervals — not random chaos — so every session produces a measurable adaptation. Off the floor she mentors newer coaches in the art of reading a room and modulating intensity for mixed-ability groups.
