From the shores of Lake Kivu, Kanzu washing station works with over 1,200 smallholder farmers. The Bourbon variety at extreme altitude produces one of Africa's most elegant cups — floral rose and peach on the nose, bright pomelo acidity, and a lingering honeysuckle sweetness.
