Double Tourbillon Régulateur à Résonance Acoustique
“Two heartbeats harmonized through physical mechanical resonance.”
The Tourbillon à Résonance is Aethel's supreme tribute to Christiaan Huygens and Antide Janvier. Two independent balance systems beat side by side; when their frequencies approach each other, energy transmitted through the mainplate and a specialized coupling spring forces the balances into anti-phase resonance, canceling out positional variances and external shocks.
