Chronomètre Inversé

Chronomètre de Précision à Échappement Inversé

The heartbeat of the escapement, brought to the light of the dial.

Conceived as a tribute to classical marine chronometry, the Chronomètre Inversé turns the movement inside-out without sacrificing thinness. Each bridge is cut from untreated German silver (maillechort) that will develop a warm golden patina over generations. The 14 interior angles on the balance bridge are filed and burnished entirely by hand with boxwood laps and diamond paste.
