Modern luxury watches are milled on five-axis CNC machines and assembled in minutes. At AETHEL, every movement component is finished by hand using gentian wood, diamond paste, and zinc plates. An internal angle is sharp only when cut by a human file.

Carving undulating geometric textures into solid precious metal dials using century-old manual engraving lathes.
Thermic Flame Bluing
Tempering mirror-polished steel screws and hands over open flame until an exact peacock-cornflower blue oxide layer forms.
