About · The Studio
YantraCore reveals the machinery that moves modern business.
The name comes from yantra (यन्त्र) — Sanskrit for instrument, mechanism, machine. We engineer software, AI, and infrastructure for ambitious companies, and for the communities we belong to — treating the craft of the machine itself as the thing worth selling.

02 — Manifesto
“Software is a mechanism — not a deliverable. The best code creates a foundation others can build on, long after the project closes.”
That conviction connects everything we build — Restroverse, Jimbo, client work, Shramdan. The work is different. The ethic is the same: build things that deserve to exist, built right, for people.
Craft
We treat every line of code and every pixel as a decision that reflects on the work. There is no "good enough" in a codebase we'll be proud of.
Velocity
Speed and quality are not opposites. We ship fast because we build right — clear architecture, no shortcuts that compound into debt.
Service
Software should be in service of people — not the other way around. Shramdan is proof we mean it. Every product we build carries that ethic.
04 — Capabilities
What we build
for clients.
Six capabilities, all under one roof. Whether you need one or all six, the quality standard is the same.
Web
Modern marketing sites and web applications built for speed, SEO, and delight. From headless storefronts to custom portals — if it runs in a browser, we build it beautifully.
- Next.js & React app frontends
- Headless WordPress & Shopify themes
- Performance-first, Core Web Vitals green

How we work.
No surprises. No black boxes. A repeatable process refined across dozens of projects — you always know where things stand.
Discover
1–2 weeksWe start by understanding the real problem — not just the stated one. Stakeholder sessions, technical audits, competitive analysis. We make sure we're building the right thing before we build anything.
- Stakeholder workshops & user interviews
- Technical audit of existing systems
- Competitive landscape mapping
Design
2–4 weeksWireframes evolve into high-fidelity designs, a component library, and interactive prototypes. You review at every step. Nothing moves to code without your sign-off.
- Information architecture & wireframes
- High-fidelity UI in Figma
- Interactive prototype sign-off
Build
4–12 weeksIterative development in short cycles. A staging environment you can always access. Weekly demos. No black boxes — you see the work in progress, not just the finished product.
- Two-week sprint cycles with demos
- CI/CD pipeline from day one
- Staging environment always accessible
Ship
1 weekProduction deployment with thorough QA, performance audits, and cross-browser testing. Handover includes documentation, source code, and a 30-day support window.
- Full QA + performance audits
- Zero-downtime production deploy
- 30-day post-launch support
