Terms of Use

1. Using the Site

You may browse the Site, read our content, and contact us freely. In using the Site, you agree that you will not:

• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Site, its infrastructure, or accounts belonging to others;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or data from the Site by automated means, except for ordinary search-engine indexing;
• upload or submit anything unlawful, infringing, malicious (including malware), or deliberately misleading;
• impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with one;
• use the Site in any way that breaks applicable law or harms others.

We may suspend or block access to the Site (or any part of it) where we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated.

2. Accounts & the client portal

Parts of the Site - such as the client portal - require an account. Accounts are created by us for clients and team members in the course of an engagement. If you hold an account, you agree to:

• provide accurate information and keep it up to date;
• keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with anyone else;
• tell us promptly at contact@yantracore.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are inactive, compromised, or used in breach of these Terms. Material you access through the portal (project files, deliverables, invoices, internal documentation) is confidential to your engagement and may not be shared outside it except as your contract with us allows.

3. Quotes, bookings & engagements

Nothing on the Site - including prices, estimates from the project estimator, package descriptions, timelines, or template listings - is a binding offer. Submitting a booking or consultation request does not create a contract; it is an invitation for us to get in touch. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement (a proposal, statement of work, or contract) agreed by both parties. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement wins for that engagement.

4. Store & templates

The template store showcases pre-built website templates that we deliver and customise as a service. Live previews and screenshots are provided for evaluation only - you may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute template code, designs, or assets obtained from previews. The licence you receive for a purchased template, including what you may and may not do with it, is set out in the written agreement for that purchase.

5. Career applications

If you apply for a role through the Site, you confirm the information and documents you submit (including your CV) are truthful and your own. Submitting an application does not create any employment relationship or obligation on us to respond or hire.

6. Our content & intellectual property

The Site and everything on it - the YantraCore name and logo, copy, design, graphics, code, templates, audio, and case studies - belong to YantraCore Tech or our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Product names and client marks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only.

You may view, and print or save reasonable extracts of, Site content for your own personal or internal business reference. Any other use - copying, modifying, republishing, or commercial exploitation - requires our prior written permission.

7. Content you submit

You keep ownership of anything you submit through the Site (messages, briefs, files, CVs). By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for the purpose it was submitted for - responding to you, scoping and delivering work, or evaluating an application - as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share what you send us.

8. Third-party links & services

The Site links to third-party websites and uses third-party services (for example, hosting and file storage). We don’t control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Following a link is at your own discretion.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied - including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We work hard to keep the Site accurate, secure, and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Content on the Site (including blog and lab articles) is general information, not professional advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YantraCore Tech, its owners, and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss - including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption - arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud. Liability arising from paid engagements is addressed in the written agreement governing that engagement, not these Terms.

11. Indemnity

If your breach of these Terms, or content you submit unlawfully, causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to compensate us for the reasonable losses and costs (including legal fees) that result.

12. Privacy

How we collect and handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Changes to the Site & these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes apply from the moment they are posted. If you keep using the Site after a change, that constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lalitpur, Nepal. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us - most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Site - they do not replace signed agreements covering paid work.
