A pinned, scroll-scrubbed hero
The home opens on a cinematic pinned sequence — the villa's facade, pool and coastal approach reveal and cross-fade as you scroll, choreographed with GSAP and a Lenis-smoothed scroll feel. Degrades to a fully-visible static hero under reduced motion.
Day into night
A single scene tells a day-to-night story: warm daylight stone and turquoise water shift into a lit, golden-hour night mood as the page progresses — the same spaces, an entirely different feeling, with zero extra photography weight beyond the paired day/night plates.
