The premise

A face is
the first
sentence.

Sample materials

Nothing decorative that isn't structural.

Block acetate

Cut from solid Italian billets, not injection-moulded. Heavier, denser, alive in the light.

Beta-titanium

Aerospace-grade, memory-flex temples that take abuse and forget it.

Graphene nylon

Sun frames so light you stop noticing them — until someone else does.

CR-39 & mineral

Optical clarity first. Every lens is a window, not a filter.

Illustrative process

How the story can be structured.

  1. 01

    Draw

Every frame begins as a flat technical drawing — rims, bridge, temple geometry, resolved to the tenth of a millimetre before a single material is cut.

  2. 02

    Mill

Block acetate and titanium are milled from solid stock. Nothing is injection-moulded; the density is something you feel before you see.

  3. 03

    Tumble

Days in rotating drums with wood and pumice bring the deep, wet polish that only cut acetate holds. There is no shortcut for this.

  4. 04

    Set

Hinges pressed, cores seated, lenses cut and aligned by hand. Every tolerance is checked, then checked a second time.

  5. 05

    Number

Each frame is numbered against its run and boxed in matte. Small editions, on purpose — built to be looked at, not mass-produced.

Sample care guidance

Keep them sharp.

01

Clean

Microfibre only, both sides, with the lens spray we include. Never a shirt-tail.

02

Store

In the hard case, arms folded left-over-right. The case is matte for a reason.

03

Service

Use this module for verified repairs, warranty scope and care-channel guidance.

See, and be seen.
