Grisette
Spring Table
A low-ABV Belgian field ale. Light, effervescent, and refreshing.
A low-ABV Belgian field ale traditionally brewed for miners. We use fresh-foraged Douglas fir tips from the Coast Range, added at the end of the boil for a piney, green brightness. Light, effervescent, genuinely refreshing.
