garage in 2017.
Maya Rodriguez and Dev Chen left careers in software to brew beer the slow way. What started as 5-gallon batches in a rented garage is now a 7-barrel brewhouse with 10 taps and a full kitchen. The commitment hasn't changed: source local ingredients, ferment with patience, and never cut corners on grain.
“Taproot” means something to us. It's the main root that grows deep before the plant branches out. That's how we brew — foundation first.
