Berliner Weisse
Kettle Sour
A low-ABV German sour wheat beer. Tart, refreshing, and naturally hazy.
Acidified overnight with Lactobacillus before kettle-souring at 108°F. Brewed with 50% wheat malt, it's tart, refreshing, and naturally hazy. Add a shot of our house-made blueberry or raspberry syrup for a radler-style twist.

Food pairings
- Fish tacos
- Lactic acidity works like a squeeze of lime over the tacos.
- Fresh goat cheese
- Tartness cuts the cheese's richness and lifts its fresh, milky notes.
- Summer salads
- Bright and dry — it refreshes rather than competes with greens.
