A dry, spicy farmhouse ale. Complex yeast character, bone-dry finish.

Fermented warm at 80°F with a Belgian farmhouse yeast strain to produce the classic spicy, fruity esters. Brewed with cracked black pepper and dried orange peel, then bottle-conditioned for natural carbonation and a champagne-like effervescence.
