We think a building should slow you down before it does anything else. Every commission at PLINTH starts from the same question — not what should this building say, but what should it let you stop and notice. Material, weight, and light are the only tools we trust to answer it.

Ground-up design from first sketch to final inspection. We hold the pencil for the life of the project.
Interiors
Interiors conceived alongside the shell, not applied after. Materials chosen to age, not to impress on day one.
Construction
An in-house construction arm that builds a majority of what we draw. Tolerance is a design decision.
Landscape
The ground plane treated as load-bearing to the experience. Hardscape, planting, and grading under one hand.

Brief
Four weeks of site study, client interviews, and constraint-mapping before a single line is drawn.

A single massing direction, tested against light, structure, and budget until it survives contact with reality.

Construction drawings developed with our own builders at the table, not handed off after the fact.

Delivery
