Our Returns Policy
We want you to love your DEW products. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
We accept returns on both opened and unopened products, provided at least 50% of the product remains. UK returns are sent with a free prepaid label. International customers are responsible for return postage.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return, credited to your original payment method.
Note: This is a front-end template demonstration. A live store would connect to Shopify, Stripe or a similar fulfilment platform for real order management.

Receive your label
We'll send a prepaid returns label (UK) or postage instructions (international) within 1 business day.
Pack and post
Repackage the product securely and drop it at any Royal Mail post office. Keep the receipt.
Receive your refund
Your refund is processed within 3 business days of us receiving the item.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Email hello@dewskincare.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label (UK orders).
- Yes — we accept returns of opened products if you're not satisfied. We ask that at least half the product remains so we can assess quality. We don't accept returns of products that have been used more than 50%.
- Once we receive your return, we process refunds within 3 business days. Please allow up to 5 further days for your bank to process the credit.
- Please photograph the packaging and product and email us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no return required.
- We can ship to PO boxes within the UK via Royal Mail Standard. Express delivery requires a physical address.
- We process orders quickly. If you need to amend or cancel, email us immediately at hello@dewskincare.com — we'll do our best but cannot guarantee changes once an order is with our fulfilment partner.
