Growing notes
Direct-sown into deeply worked, stone-free sandy loam. We sow in four successions from March through July for continuous harvest. Thinned to 5cm spacing to allow roots to develop fully without forking.

About this product
A mixed bunch of heritage carrot varieties from our root vegetable beds. We grow Cosmic Purple, Yellowstone, White Satin, and the classic Nantes type side by side. The different colours aren't just pretty — each variety has a distinct flavour profile.
