What is stored
The CALIBRE demo stores your theme preference, shopping bag, saved demo order summaries and most recent demo order in this browser’s local storage. An order summary includes the sample reference, time, email entered, selected editions, quantities and totals.
What stays in memory
Checkout contact, address and sample payment form values remain in the current page session. Card number, expiry and security code are not written to the saved order or sent to a payment service. Use the provided sample values; do not enter real payment details.
Finding a saved order
Demo orders belong to the browser and site origin where they were created. Another browser, device, private session or cleared storage will not have the same records. Look up a demo order using the reference shown after checkout.
Unavailable storage
If local storage is blocked or cannot be read, the bag and new demo orders work only in the current session. The experience displays a warning so you know that a reload may lose them.
Removing demo data
Clear this site’s browser storage to remove saved orders and theme settings. Individual bag items can be removed from the shopping bag. No server account or real order is created by this template.
