Sales Partner Agreement

Version 1.0. Plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, ask us before you sign up.

1. What you do

  • You introduce businesses to YantraCore websites. You show the official video and a live website, and you answer questions using the partner FAQ.
  • You are an independent Sales Partner, not a YantraCore employee. You choose your own hours. There is no salary.

2. No cost to join, no recruiting income

  • YantraCore never charges you anything to join, train or stay a partner.
  • You earn only from websites your businesses pay for. You earn nothing for bringing in other partners.

3. What you earn

  • 20% of every payment a business you referred makes for its website in its first year: the down payment and the monthly installments.
  • No commission on yearly renewals, domains or other services.
  • Commission is added when YantraCore verifies the payment. If a payment is refunded or rejected, its commission is removed.

4. Which businesses are yours

  • A business is linked to you when it signs up within 60 days of opening your partner link, or enters your partner code.
  • If two partners claim the same business, the first one linked keeps it. After the business's first verified payment the link cannot change. YantraCore decides any dispute.

5. Getting paid

  • You can request a withdrawal once your available balance is at least NPR 3,000. Only one withdrawal may be waiting for review or payment at a time.
  • Payments go only to a bank account in your own name. You must give your PAN number before your first withdrawal.
  • The program withholds 15% TDS from each withdrawal. Your dashboard shows the deduction and net amount. Our team reviews requests and pays approved withdrawals in its weekly payout cycle.

6. How you work

  • Never take cash or any payment from a business. Businesses pay YantraCore directly.
  • Never give discounts or promise anything that is not on the official price card.
  • Be honest, respect a business that says no, and do not send spam.
  • Do not present yourself as a YantraCore employee.

7. Suspension and ending

  • If you break these rules, YantraCore can suspend your account and may withhold commission that has not been paid yet.
  • You or YantraCore can end this agreement at any time. Commission from payments already verified is still paid under the rules above.
  • YantraCore may update this agreement. You will be asked to accept the new version, and commission you have already earned stays yours.

8. Your information

  • YantraCore stores your name, phone, email, PAN and bank details to run the program and pay you, and does not share them except where the law requires.
