How much does it cost to work with you?

For buyers, our advice is typically free — we’re paid by the seller’s side at completion. For sellers, we agree a clear, all-inclusive fee up front, with no surprises later.

Do you show homes that aren’t listed publicly?

Yes. A meaningful share of the homes we place are off-market or pre-listing. Registering your search with us is the simplest way to see them first.

How quickly can you value my home?

We can usually visit within a few days and give you a considered, evidence-based figure on the spot, followed by a written valuation. There’s no obligation to list with us.

Which neighbourhoods do you cover?

Nineteen and counting — from Old Town and Maple Heights to Riverside and the Mill District. If your area isn’t on our map yet, ask; we may still be able to help or refer you well.
