Priya Mehta

Priya Mehta has operated at the intersection of technology and leadership for two decades. As COO at Palantir she built the operational infrastructure that supported a 10× expansion of the company's government and commercial divisions. Since 2019 she has advised C-suite executives at twelve Fortune 100 companies on organisational design, decision-making frameworks, and high-stakes communication.

She holds an ICF Professional Certified Coach credential and a master's degree in organisational psychology from the London School of Economics.
