How it works

Built around your numbers

Assess

Your first session is a movement screen and a chat about goals. We find your baseline and any limits to work around — no judgement, just a starting point.

Program

Classes follow real, periodised programming — not random workouts. Every block builds on the last so you keep getting stronger instead of just getting tired.

Progress

We log your lifts and benchmarks in the app, review them every few weeks and adjust. You see the line go up — and so does your coach.

I’m a total beginner — is that OK?

More than OK — most people who walk in have never trained in a gym like this. Every class scales to your level and your first session is a one-on-one to find your starting point.

What should I bring to my first class?

Trainers, comfortable kit and a water bottle. We have showers, towels and changing rooms on site. Turn up ten minutes early so a coach can show you around.

Do I need to book classes in advance?

Yes — booking opens 48 hours ahead in the member app so we can keep class sizes small and coaching close. Spots fill fast at peak times, so book early.

Can I freeze or cancel my membership?

Any time, no penalty. There are no lock-in contracts — pause for travel or injury and pick up where you left off, or cancel with 14 days’ notice from the app.
