Shipping
- How fast does it ship?
- Ground shipping takes 3–5 business days in the lower 48 and is free over $45. Two-day is $19. International is 7–14 business days with duties payable at delivery.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, most countries. Duties and import charges are payable on delivery and are not included in the price shown.
Returns
- What if a bottle arrives broken?
- Send a photo and we replace it. We do not need the broken one back — shipping glass twice helps nobody.
- What if I just do not like it?
- Tell us within 30 days and we will refund it or swap it for another flavour. Food is personal and heat especially so.

- How hot is hot?
- Our scale runs 1 to 5. Most of the lineup sits at 2 or 3 — warm rather than punishing. Garlic Holler is a 4. Ghost Manners is a 5 and we mean it.
- Which one should I start with?
- Pineapple Riot. It is the one most people come back for, and it is a 3 — enough heat to be interesting, not enough to be a problem.
Ingredients
- Is it gluten free?
- All nine, yes. No gluten and no thickening tricks.
- Vegan?
- Every sauce except Peach Trouble, which is finished with a little honey.
- How long does an open bottle last?
- Sealed, eighteen months. Opened and refrigerated, about three months — though in most houses that is academic.
