Rinse with hot water after use and dry immediately over a low flame. Do not use soap — it strips the seasoning. Apply a thin layer of flaxseed oil after each use to build the seasoning. Store dry. Rust spots (rare) can be scrubbed off and the pan re-seasoned in a 200°C oven.
